Off to Hawaii

TG, Keilani, and I are heading out to Hawaii tomorrow morning. I'm so excited to visit TG's parents and sister and to have a little vacation before TG and I move to Memphis for the summer (TG has decided to sell alarms for APX again this summer, I'll blog about that later). TG and I have been lucky enough to be able to visit TG's parents every year. We're taking advantage of it now because once we have more kids our trips to Hawaii will become less frequent. TG's parents live in Laie, across the street from the beach and down the street from this beautiful temple- it's the perfect location. This will be Keilani's first plane ride and I'm kind of nervous. I've received lots of great advice on traveling with babies, which has eased my nerves a bit, but I still worry about it. I'm going to try and blog while I'm out there because things are going to be hectic once we get home and I might not get to it for a while. Wish us luck on the plane ride!

This probably won't ease your nerves (and you probably won't even see this until after) but flying with a baby challenges because it takes longer and stuff, but it really isn't that bad at all. Paxton's flown to three places now, and Hawaii will be number 4. We wouldn't keep doing it if it was that bad. Have a great time! And I didn't know you guys were going out for the summer again! I guess I'll wait for more details.

Lucky!! Have soooo much fun! Take pictures and post them! Hope Keilani does good on the plane. Manoa and I have been on planes a few times. It's sooo good you have TG there to help you. No matter how it goes on the plane. It will be worth it when you get there!!

Good luck - I think she's actually at a perfect age for flying, so hopefully it goes well and you guys have a great time! Man, wish my in-laws lived in Hawaii so I had a good reason to go there!
