Chaz and Alisa's Wedding

Last week my little sister Alisa married a wonderful guy, Chaz. Ever since we were little, Alisa and I have always been close. We did everything together as little girls and continue to do so being that we both are teachers in the same school district (Alisa teaches 2nd grade). If you ask any of my siblings I have always been an extra hard critic of the guys Alisa has dated. I think this was because I have always felt a need to be over protective, being her older sister. I knew that Alisa would marry someone who loved her with all his heart, would allow her to be her true self, and encourage her to be a better person. From the moment I met Chaz I knew he was perfect for Alisa, just by the way Alisa acted around him. He clicked with my entire family right off the bat. I know they will have an awesome marriage. I love you Chaz and Alisa!

We're Having a Girl!!

I know I've been really bad at updating my blog weekly, but things have been really busy. TG and I were able to go to our first ultra sound on Wednesday and we found out that we are having a little girl. It was so cool to actually see our little baby. It was so cute because she was curled up like a little ball. Before we had our ultra sound TG acted like he wanted a little boy, but I really think he said he wanted a boy because he thought that's what all guys are supposed to want for their first child. When TG found out what we were having he was super excited. I know that once she is born he will be so attached to her. I just feel bad for her when she is old enough to date, boys watch out. This will be my parents first granddaughter so they are also excited. We haven't really thought a lot about names, but we have a few in mind.
